    Managing Contacts

    Adding a New Contact:

    1. Tap the "Apps" icon while viewing the home screen
    2. Launch the "People" app and go to the "People" tab
    3. Press the "+" icon
    4. Enter the contact's name in the appropriate field
    5. Type in the contact's phone number in the right field
    6. Provide any additional type of information that you see fit
    7. When ready, tap "Save"

    Editing a Contact:

    1. Access the "People" application
    2. Tap the "People" tab
    3. Tap the "Edit contact" button
    4. Do the necessary changes
    5. When ready, tap "Save"

    Importing / Exporting Contacts from the SIM card:

    1. From the home screen, tap "Apps"
    2. Launch the "People" application
    3. Go to the "People" tab and tap "menu"
    4. Select "manage contacts" > "Import / Export contacts"
    5. Select to "Export to SIM card" or "Import from SIM card"
    6. Choose the contacts that you wish to import or export. NOTE: to select all the contacts, tap "Menu" > "Select all"
    7. Tap "Save"

    Importing / Exporting Contacts from the SD Card:

    1. Tap the "Apps" icon located on the home screen
    2. Launch the "People" app and go to the "People" tab
    3. Tap the "Menu" icon and select "manage contacts"
    4. Tap "import / Export" contacts and select to "Export to SD card" or "Import from SD card"
    5. Mark the contacts that you want to transfer. To select all the contacts, press the "Menu" key and tap "Select all"
    6. Tap "Save"

    Importing Contacts from an Exchange ActiveSync Account:

    1. Access the "People" app
    2. From the "People" tab, tap the search box and search for the desired contact's email address or name
    3. Tap "Search contacts in your Company Directory"
    4. Tap the name of the desired contact
    5. Tap the "+" icon to import the selected contact

    Copying Contacts Between Accounts:

    1. Open the "People" app, and go to the "People" screen
    2. Press the "Menu" icon
    3. Tap "Manage contacts"
    4. Select "Copy contacts" and then choose a contact type or online account

    Adding a Contact to Speed Dial:

    1. Tap the "Phone" icon while on the home screen
    2. Tap the "Menu" icon and select "Speed dial"
    3. Tap the "+" button at the top-right corner of the screen
    4. Select the desired contact (you can use the "Search" field)
    5. Tap the button under "Number" to select the phone number you wish to assign
    6. Tap the button under "Location" to choose an available speed dial number
    7. Tap "Save"

    Deleting Contacts:

    1. Tap the "Apps" icon locate on the home screen
    2. Open the "Contacts" app
    3. Tap "Menu" > "Delete contacts"
    4. Mark the contacts that you wish to delete
    5. Tap "Delete" to confirm

    Managing Groups

    Creating a New Caller Group:

    1. From the home screen, tap the "Phone" icon
    2. Go to the "Groups" tab
    3. Tap the "+" icon to add a new group
    4. Enter the group's name
    5. When ready, tap "Save"

    Adding Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

    1. Tap the "Phone" icon while on the home screen
    2. Swipe to the "Groups" screen
    3. Select the desired group
    4. Tap the "Add" icon
    5. Mark the contacts that you want to add
    6. When ready, tap "Save"
