hi

i wanted to buy a new phone but can't choose one from the next list so i need your help to choose the best of them :
- samsung galaxy s 3 mini
- lenovo s650
- sony xperia L
-nokia lumia 635 او lumia 620

i liked nokia but i heard that this brand become bad to use and have a lot of problems and it doesn't last long before it break up is that true??

please help me th choose from the above list as soon as possible
