Just wanted you to know that I spoke with Boost and they corrected my billing. Rep was extremely helpful.

I am correcting my previous post. I checked and I was down to the $40 per month payment. I sent a message to Boost, but have not heard back yet.

I did hear back from Boost customer service as well, and they said the same thing :

" Thank you for contacting us through Boostmobile.com.

I have attempted to contact you regarding your inquiry on boostmobile.com; however, I was unable to reach you. In regards to your concern, upon carefully checking my resources I am happy to inform you that all ontime payments that you ahve earned on your account could be carried over to your new phone. Thank you for giving us a chance to assist you and hope to still be able to provide you the best service."

Now if they could just get a decent phone with NFC support... But that's a topic for another thread. :-)
That's strange. I had the LG Marquee and had made my last payment of $45.00. Two months ago, I upgraded to the HTC Evo Design and my bill went back to the $55.00. The rep I spoke to told me that was their practice when you upgrade.

    Hey all,

Does anyone know what happens to your Shrinkage if you get a new phone w/ Boost?

I bought my first Boost phone in Dec (Samsung Transform Ultra), and began at $55/mo. I'm due to go down to $50/mo shortly. In the near future, I will probably want to trade up to a fancier model (hopefully w/ NFC & Google Wallet). Will activitating a new phone reset me to the original $55/mo? Or will it stay at the $50? I sure hope it's the latter...

Started at $50 per and now I'm at $45 a month. I have 3 more payments to hit the $40 level. IMO, I think this is a great program

Shrinkage customers can shrink their monthly payments from $50 to as low as $35/month.
