    Restoring Apps from a Backup File:

    1. Connect your smartphone to your PC and transfer the app backup file to your phone
    2. Tap "Apps" while on the home screen
    3. Tap "Backup" and choose to "Restore"
    4. Browse for, and select the backup file
    5. Tap "Restore"
    6. At the "Warning" message, read the information and tap "Yes"
    7. Wait for your device to reboot and restore the data

    Restoring Contacts from a Backup File:

    1. Transfer the backup file containing your contacts to your phone's storage
    2. Tap "Apps" from the home screen
    3. Tap "Backup" > "Restore"
    4. Choose the backup file you wish to restore
    5. Tap "Restore" and press "Yes" to confirm
    6. The handset will now reboot and your contacts should be restored

    Restoring Media Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the LG Realm and your computer
    2. When prompted on the smartphone, tap "Media sync (MTP)"
    3. In the AutoPlay window on the computer, click "Open device to view files using Windows Explorer"
    4. Launch a second Windows Explorer window and go to the location of the backed up media files
    5. Copy the desired files, and transfer them on your phone's storage
    6. After the process is done, click the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon from the system tray
    7. Click "Safely Remove Mass Storage Device" > "OK"
    8. You can now safely disconnect the LG Realm from your computer
