Also you can set up phone configuration to default, this helped me when I had such problem.

I helped my dad with his phone and he has a nokia 6102i and he was not able to receive calls for like 3 days until now and what we did was you had to do the following.

Part 1
1. Menu
2. Go To The Tool Icon
3. Call Settings
4. Call Forwarding
5. Forward all voice calls
6. Activate

When Asked
Direct All Calls To Your Voicemail

Part 2
1. Menu
2. Go To The Tool Icon
3. Call Settings
4. Call Forwarding
5. Forward all voice calls
6. Cancel

Part 3
1. Menu
2. Go To The Tool Icon
3. Call Settings
4. Call Forwarding
5. Cancel all call Forwarding

Now have some one call your phone and you should now be okay and be able to receive calls and transmit them too.....

I hope this helps any one who has had this problem and has been fighting tech support as well.
