    NOTE: If you want to learn how you can back up the data on the LG G Flex 2, visit this thread for a full guide.

    Restore Apps:

    1. Tap "Apps" from the home screen
    2. Go to "Settings" and swipe to "Personal"
    3. Tap "Backup & reset"
    4. Mark the check box associated with "Automatic restore"

    Restore Contacts:

    1. Open the apps drawer and go to "Settings"
    2. Swipe to "Personal" and tap "Backup & reset"
    3. Tap "LG Backup service" > "File restore & management"
    4. Locate and tap the backup file you wish to restore
    5. Tap "Next" > "Start". This process may take several minutes to complete
    6. At the "Restored" message, tap "Done"
    7. Wait for your smartphone to reboot and your contacts should be restored

    Restore Data from the SD Card:

    1. Tap "Apps" from the home screen
    2. Access "Settings" and swipe to "Personal"
    3. Tap "Backup & reset" > "LG Backup service"
    4. Tap "Fire restore & management"
    5. Locate and select the backup file you wish to restore
    6. Tap "Next" and press "Start" to begin the process
    7. When the "Restored" message appears, tap "Done"
    8. Wait for your smartphone to reboot and the data should be restored

    Restore Media Files From Your Smartphone:

    1. Open the phone's "Settings" menu
    2. Under "Personal", tap "Backup & reset"
    3. Tap "LG Backup service" > "File restore & Management"
    4. Navigate to and select the backup file you want to restore
    5. Tap "Next" > "Start" and wait for the process to complete
    6. Once finished, tap "Done" and wait for your smartphone to reboot

    Restore Media Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the LG G Flex 2 to your computer via USB
    2. At the prompt, tap "Media sync (MTP)" or otherwise select the option from the notification area
    3. On the computer, open a Windows Explorer window and locate your backed up files
    4. Copy the files, then navigate to the phone's storage
    5. Paste the files on your phone's storage
    6. Once the transfer is done, click the "Mass Storage Device" icon in the system tray, eject your phone and disconnect it safely from the PC
