Call Log Management and Forwarding

View and Clear the Call Log:

1. Tap the "Phone" icon from the home screen
2. Go to the "Call History" tab
3. Press "Menu" > "Remove call history"
4. Tap "Menu" a second time and "Select all"
5. Tap "Delete" > "OK" to confirm

Forward All Calls (Unconditional):

1. Tap "Apps" from the home screen
2. Go to "Settings" and swipe to "Call"
3. Tap "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
4. Enter the phone number you want to forward the calls to
5. Tap "Enable"

Forward Some Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

1. Open the apps drawer
2. Access the phone's "Settings" menu and tap "Call"
3. Tap "Call forwarding"
4. Select to "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when unreachable"
5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to and tap "Update"

Cancel Forwarding:

1. Access the phone's "Settings" menu
2. Tap "Call" > "Call Forwarding"
3. Tap "Always forward" > "Disable"

Call Blocking

Block Calls from a Phone Number:

1. From the home screen, tap "Apps"
2. Access "Contacts" and press "Menu"
3. Tap "Manage Contacts" > "Blocked contacts"
4. Tap the "Add" icon and follow one of the steps below:
   
   • To block a phone number from the phonebook:
     
     1. Check the boxes next to the contact or log entry you want to block
     2. Tap "Save"
     3. If you want to copy the contact information to a different account before blocking the number, press "OK"
   • To block a phone number:
     
     1. Type the phone number you wish to block
     2. Tap "OK"

Unblock a Number:

1. Launch the "Contacts" app
2. Press "Menu"
3. Tap "Manage Contacts" > "Blocked contacts"
4. Press "Menu" and tap "Remove block contacts"
5. Mark the check boxes associated with the contacts you want to unblock
6. Tap "Delete"

Block Messages

Block Messages / Spam from a Phone Number:

1. Launch the "Messages" app
2. Tap and hold the message thread containing the phone number you want to stop receiving messages from
3. When prompted with "Message options", tap "Block Contact"

Unblock Messages:

1. Launch the "Messages" app
2. Press "Menu" and tap "Block list"
3. Press "Menu" > "Unblock contacts"
