Thank You for your reply. Yes, I need a antenna and have ordered one and it is on the way. A Wilson 301103 dual band 800/1900 MHz 10ft RG174 Coax cable. The plan is to stick this to the metal roof and remove the 2dbi antenna and hook it to the h224. I hope to get an adapter from the rg174 coax at Radio Shack. I am set on this working if it does not I will be looking for a cheap signal booster. Am I working the right way and do you have any suggestions. Could you suggest any material to read or plans to help me with this project? Thank you very much for your help. Larry

So do you need an antenna that can be mounted outside of the house and hook into the h224c? From what I can tell it comes with a 2dBi dipole antenna.

Well I may have went from the frying pan into the fire but the LG900 has just about done me in. So I said well I will put this on hold and try the straight Talk Home Phone it will be with a different carrier.
Well when I hooked it up guess what barely a signal after a few tears and maybe a cuss or two I saw that the antenna screws on so maybe a outside remote. Down 127.00 with the card and tax held hostage by att. Need help before I go off the deep end. Thanks for any help.
