Contact Management

Add a New Contact:

1. Launch the "Contacts" app
2. Access the "Contacts" tab
3. Press "+" and choose to add the contact on the "SIM", "Device", "Google" or "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync"
4. Enter the contact's phone number and name in the proper fields
5. If you wish, add any additional information for the contact
6. Tap "Save" when ready

Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

1. From the home screen tap "Phone"
2. Tap the "Keypad" tab and press "Menu"
3. Select "Speed dial"
4. Tap the speed dial number you want to use
5. Select the contact you wish to associate with the speed dial number

Import / Export Contacts (SIM Card):

1. Launch the "Contacts" app
2. Go to the "Contacts" tab
3. Press "Menu" and tap "Settings"
4. Tap "Contacts" and select "Import / Export"
5. Follow one of the steps below:
   
   • To export contacts:
     
     1. Tap "Export to SIM card"
     2. Tap "Select all" or choose individual contacts to export
     3. Tap "Done" > "OK"
   • To import contacts:
     
     1. Tap "Import from SIM card"
     2. Select the account to import contacts on
     3. Tap "Select all" > "Done"

Import / Export Contacts (SD Card):

1. Launch "Contacts"
2. Go to the tab with the same name
3. Press "Menu" > "Settings" > "Contacts"
4. Tap "Import /Export" and perform one of the following:
   
   • To import contacts:
     
     1. Tap "Import from SD card"
     2. Select the location to import the contacts
     3. Choose to "Import vCard file", "Import multiple vCard files" or "Import all vCard files"
     4. Tap "OK" and select the vCard file to import
     5. Tap "OK" again to confirm
   • To export contacts:
     
     1. Tap "Export to SD card"
     2. Tap "OK"

Delete Contacts:

1. Launch the "Contacts" app and tap the "Contacts" tab
2. Press "Menu"
3. Tap "Delete"
4. Check the boxes associated with the contacts you wish to remove
5. Tap "Done" > "OK"

Caller Group Management

Create a Caller Group:

1. Launch "Contacts"
2. Access the "Groups" tab
3. Tap "Create"
4. Enter a name for the group
5. Tap "Add member" and mark the check box associated with the contacts you want to add
6. Tap "Done" > "Save"

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

1. Launch "Contacts" and tap the "Groups" tab
2. Select the group you want to add contacts to
3. Tap "+" and select the desired contacts
4. Tap "Done"
