    NOTE: To learn how you can back up your personal data on the LG Leon, follow this link for a full guide.

    Restore Contacts:

    1. Tap “Apps” while on the home screen
    2. Tap “Settings” and scroll to “Personal
    3. Tap “Backup & reset
    4. Tap “LG Backup service” > “File restore & management
    5. Locate and select the backup file, then tap “Next
    6. Press “Start” to begin the restore
    7. At the “Restored” pop-up tap “Done
    8. The phone will reboot and your contacts should be restored

    Restore Contacts from the SD Card:

    1. Open the apps drawer and go to “Settings
    2. Under “Personal” tap “Backup & reset
    3. Tap “LG Backup service
    4. Tap “File restore & management
    5. Locate and select the backup file then tap “next"
    6. Tap “Start” and at the “Restored” message, tap “Done
    7. Your phone will reboot with all the contacts restored

    Restore Media Files

    Using Your Phone:

    1. Go to the phone’s “Settings” menu
    2. Scroll down to “Personal” and tap “Backup & reset
    3. Tap “LG Backup service” > “File restore & management
    4. Tap “Next” > “Start
    5. At the “Restored” pop-up tap “Done” and wait for your phone to reboot

    Using Your Computer:

    1. Connect the LG Leon to your computer via USB
    2. When / if prompted, tap “Media device (MTP)”, otherwise enable the option from the notification area
    3. From the AutoPlay window on the PC, select to open the phone’s directories
    4. Launch a second Windows Explorer window and locate the files backed up on your PC’s HDD
    5. Copy the files and transfer them back to the phone storage
    6. Once the transfer is done, click the “Media device” icon in the system tray, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect it from the computer
