Manage Contacts

Add a New Contact:

1. Tap "Apps" on the home screen
2. Open "People"
3. Tap the "+" icon
4. Enter the contact's name in the appropriate field
5. Under "Contact type", tap the button and select "Phone"
6. Under "Phone" select the appropriate phone number type
7. Tap the "Phone" field and enter the contact's phone number
8. Add any additional details you may see fit, like email address and so on
9. When ready, tap "Save"

Import / Export Contacts (SD and SIM cards):

1. Open the apps drawer
2. Launch "People"
3. Press "Menu" and tap "Manage contacts"
4. Select one of the following:
   
   • Export to SD card
   • Export to SIM card
   • Import from SD card
   • Import from SIM card
5. Select the contacts you want to import / export. To select all contacts, tap "Menu" > "Select all"
6. Tap "Save'

Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

1. Tap "Phone" on the home screen
2. Press "Menu" > "Speed dial"
3. Tap "Add"
4. Scroll to and select the desired contact (NOTE: You can also use the "Search" function to find the contact quicker)
5. Tap the button under "Number" to select the phone number you want to set up for speed dialing
6. Tap the button under "Location" to select a speed dial number
7. Tap "Save"

Delete Contacts:

1. Launch "People"
2. Press "Menu" and tap "Delete contacts"
3. Select the contacts you want to remove
4. Tap "Delete"

Manage Caller Groups

Create a New Caller Group:

1. Tap "Phone" while viewing the home screen
2. Swipe left to access the last tab
3. Tap "Add" and enter the desired name for the new caller group
4. Tap "Save"

Add Contacts to a Caller Group:

1. Launch "Phone"
2. Access the "Groups" tab
3. Select the desired group and tap "Add"
4. Mark the check box associated with the desired contact
5. Tap "Save"
