    Using iTunes:

NOTE: If you have iTunes on your computer you can use it to sync the contacts of your iPhone with your Google account. Then you can register the account on the LG Volt 2 and sync the contacts with it. This method requires a computer with access to the Internet.

    1. Open iTunes on your computer
    2. Connect the iPhone to the PC via USB
    3. Once connected, click the device to view the summary page
    4. Click the “Info” tab
    5. Click “Sync Contacts With” > “Google Contacts
    6. Log in with your Google account, or alternatively click “Configure” and select an existing account from the list
    7. Click “Apple” to start the sync
    8. Once done, register the same Google account on your LG Volt 2 and allow it to sync contacts with the phone

    Using iCloud:

NOTE: If you have used the iCloud backup service on your iPhone before, your contacts should already be backed up on your iCloud account. In this case you can access your account on a computer with Internet access, and export your contacts in the form of a vCard file for Android use.

    1. Launch the Internet browser on your computer
    2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in with your account
    3. Go to “Contacts” and select the contacts you want to export
    4. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard
    5. Wait for the VCF file to be downloaded and then import it to “Google Contacts”. Alternatively:
    6. Connect the LG Volt 2 to your computer via USB and copy the VCF file to the phone’s “sdcard” directory. Then, open the contacts app, press “Menu” > import vCard file” and follow the on-screen steps

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Another method of transferring contacts is through 3rd party apps. Using apps like “My Contacts Backup” you can share your contacts, even cross-platform, without needing access to a computer. My Contacts Backup can back up your contacts in a VCF file and send them via email.

    1. Open the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on your iPhone
    2. Launch the app and tap “Backup”. This will create the VCF file
    3. Tap “Email” and compose a new mail with the VCF file attached
    4. Send the email to your own Gmail address
    5. Switch over to the LG Volt 2 and open the email
    6. Download the VCF file attachment and use the Contacts app and the “Import” function to import the contacts to your phonebook

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is a third party app for both iOS and Android. It uses a p2p connection to transfer contacts and other types of files, even cross-platform.

    1. Open the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Install the same app on the LG Volt 2 from the Play Store
    3. Launch the app on both smartphones
    4. Tap “Send” on the iPhone, and select “Contacts
    5. Mark the contacts you want to share and tap “Send
    6. Lastly, select a method of transfer. Tap “Receive” on the LG Volt 2 to enter the randomly generated transfer code from the iPhone, or you can tap “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone to create a code that can be scanned with the LG device’s camera to begin the transfer
