    View and Reset the Call Log:

    1. Tap “Phone” from the home screen
    2. Tap “Call logs” and select a call log entry to view more details
    3. To reset the call log press “Menu” > “Clear all”
    4. Tap “Yes” to confirm

    Block Calls From a Number:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call” > “Reject calls from”
    4. Tap “+” and perform one of the steps below:
      • Select a contact and tap “Done”
      • Select a call log entry and tap “Done”
      • Write the phone number you want to block and tap “Save”

    Unblock a Phone Number:

    1. Go to the phone’s “Settings” menu
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call reject” > “Reject calls from”
    3. Tap the “Trash can” icon and select the phone number you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Delete”
    5. Press “Yes” to confirm

    Block Messages:

    1. Open “Messaging”
    2. Press “Menu” and tap “Spam manager” > “Spam settings”
    3. Tap “Spam numbers” and press “+”
    4. Enter the phone number you want to block messages from and tap “Save”

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Launch “Messaging”
    2. Press “Menu” > “Spam manager”
    3. Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers"
    4. Tap the “Trash can” icon and select the phone number to unblock
    5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes”

    Call Forwarding

    Forward All Calls:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call” and go to “Incoming call”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
    5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or alternatively you can tap “Contacts” and choose a contact from the phonebook
    6. Tap “Turn on”

    Forward Certain Calls Only (Conditional Forwarding):

    1. From the phone’s “Settings” menu, tap “Call”
    2. Tap “Incoming call” > “Call forwarding”
    3. Under “Forward if”, choose “Busy”, “Unanswered” or “Unreachable”
    4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, and tap “Update”

    Cancel Call Forwarding:

    1. Go to “Settings"
    2. Tap “Call” and swipe to “Incoming call”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
    4. Tap “Turn off”
