    NOTE: Head down to this thread (click the link) to learn how you can back up data on the LG Volt 2.

    Restore Contacts:

    1. Tap "Apps" on the home screen and go to "Settings"
    2. Under "Personal" tap "Backup & reset"
    3. Tap "LG Backup service" > "File restore & management"
    4. Locate the backup file and tap "Next"
    5. To begin the restore, tap "Start"
    6. At the "Restored" message tap "Done" and wait for the phone to reboot

    Restore Contacts from the SD Card:

    1. Access the phone's "Settings" menu
    2. Swipe to "Personal" and tap "Backup & reset"
    3. Tap "LG Backup service" > "File restore & management"
    4. Select the desired backup file and tap "Next" > "Start"
    5. When the file is "Restored", tap "Done" and wait for the phone to restart

    Restore Media Files

    Using Your Phone:

    1. Tap "Apps" and go to "Settings"
    2. Swipe to "Personal" and tap "Backup & reset"
    3. Tap "LG Backup service"
    4. Tap "File restore & management"
    5. Tap "Next" > "Start"
    6. At the "Restored" pop-up, tap "Done" and wait for the phone to restart

    Using Your Computer:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the LG Volt 2 and your computer
    2. At the prompt, tap "Media device (MTP)", otherwise select the option from the notification area
    3. In the AutoPlay window on the computer, click to open the phone's directories
    4. Open a second Windows Explorer window and locate the files backed up on your computer's HDD
    5. Copy the files and paste them on the storage of your phone
    6. After the transfer is done, click "Media device" in the system tray and eject the phone's storage
    7. It's now safe to disconnect the phone from the computer
