Transfer contacts from iPhone to Alcatel, I guess iTunes may not work. I choose to use Phone Transfer from Recovery-Android.com to do the contacts transfer. You can try.

Mobile Transfer empowers you to remove contacts in your iPhone to Android. Also, it supports lots of Android devices and iOS devices. And even those in your iCloud, Exchange, Hotmail, Facebook can be copied if you download them in iPhone first. Thus, you can switch contacts to Android with ease, like transfer iPhone contacts to Alcatel OneTouch POP C5 or POP C7.

To transfer contacts from iPhone to computer:

[1]Plug your USB cable into the computer and charge/sync cradle, which comes with the iPhone.
[2]Place the iPhone in the cradle. iTunes should start automatically and recognize your iPhone.
[3]Click on the iPhone logo in the left navigation pane of iTunes. You’ll be taken to a screen that gives you an overview of your phone and has several tabs along the top of the window, among them, "Contacts."
[4]Click on the "Contacts" tab and select which contacts you want synced with your iPhone. You'll need to choose which program you want your contacts synced from. Mac users will want to use "Address Book" or "Entourage." PC users should use "Microsoft Outlook" or "Outlook Express."
[5]Click the "Sync" button at the bottom of the "Contacts" pane. Your sync status will be visible in the top middle of the window. Do not remove your iPhone from the cradle until the sync is complete.
[6]Eject your iPhone by clicking on the "Eject" button next to your iPhone’s logo in the left margin.
[7]Check your contacts on your iPhone. Your new downloaded contacts should be there.

    Transferring Contacts using iTunes:

One of the most common methods of contact transfer is through iTunes. The software allows you to sync contacts from your iPhone with a Google account, allowing you in turn to sync the contacts from the Google account with your Android smartphone. This method of transfer requires access to a computer connected to the Internet, and iTunes installed.

    1. Open iTunes on the computer (NOTE: if you don't have iTunes, you can download it for free from Apple's website)
    2. Establish a connection between your computer and iPhone via USB
    3. The iPhone will appear in iTunes once it successfully connects
    4. Click on the iPhone to view the handset's summary page
    5. Go to the "Info" tab and mark the "Sync Contacts With" check box
    6. From the drop-down menu, select "Google Contacts"
    7. Enter your Google account's username and password. NOTE: assuming that you have already added a Google account in iTunes, you can click "Configure" and select it from the list
    8. Allow iTunes to sync the contacts, by clicking "Apply"
    9. After that's done, register the same Google account on the OneTouch POP, by going to "Settings" > "Accounts"
    10. Set the Google account so that it can sync contacts with your Android smartphone

    Using iCloud to Transfer Contacts:

If you've used the iCloud backup service on your phone before, then your contacts should be backed up on your iCloud account already. By accessing your account through a computer with Internet access, you can export these contacts in the form of a vCard file. After that, you can easily import the contacts on your Android phone, as follows:

    1. Launch the Internet browser on your computer
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in with your account
    3. Click "Contacts" and select the contacts that you wish to export
    4. Click the "Settings" icon located in the lower-left, depicting a cog wheel
    5. Select "Export vCard" and want for your computer to download the vCard file
    6. Import the file to "Google Contacts", or connect the OneTouch POP smartphone to your computer via USB, and copy the file to the "sdcard" directory. Then, launch the "contacts" application on your phone, and import the VCF file using the "Import / Export" function

Importing Contacts via "My Contacts Backup":

My Contacts Backup is an iOS application that can be used for transferring contacts, without needing access to a computer. The application is capable of creating a backup of all your iPhone contacts, which can then be sent to your Android device via email. To do so:

    1. Visit the App Store and install "My Contacts Backup" on your iPhone
    2. Open the application and tap "Backup". This will create a backup file containing all your iPhone contacts
    3. Once the file is created, tap "Email" to attach it to a new email
    4. Enter your own Gmail address as the email's recipient
    5. Send the email to your address
    6. On the Alcatel smartphone, open the email and download the attached file
    7. Import the file's contents using the "Import" function from the contacts application

Using "Send Anywhere" to Transfer Contacts:

"Send Anywhere" is a different application available on both iOS and Android, which allows you to transfer various file types including contacts, cross-platform. The application works using a P2P connection, so there's no need for a computer in order to perform the transfer.

    1. Go to the Google Play Store and install "Send Anywhere" on your Alcatel smartphone
    2. From the App Store, install the application on your iPhone
    3. Open the app on both devices
    4. From the iPhone, tap "Send" > "Contacts"
    5. Mark the contacts that you wish to transfer
    6. After you've selected the desired contacts, choose a method of transfer. You can tap "Receive" on the Alcatel OneTouch in order to enter the transfer code from the iPhone, or you can tap "Generate QR Code" on the iPhone and scan the bar code with your Alcatel's camera in order to commence the transfer
