    Block Calls:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “People”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
    4. Tap “Blocked contacts” > “+”
    5. To block an existing contact: tick the check box associated with it, tap “Save”, and optionally tap “OK” to copy the contact information to a different account before blocking it
    6. To block a new phone number: enter the number and tap “OK”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “People”
    3. Press “Menu” > “Manage contacts” > “Blocked contacts”
    4. Tap “Menu” > “remove block contacts”
    5. Select the contacts you want to unblock and tap “Delete”

    Block Messages:

    1. Tap “Messages” on the home screen
    2. Tap and hold the message thread exchanged with the number you want to block
    3. In the “Message options” window, select “Block contact”

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
    3. Select the contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”

    Forward Calls (Unconditional):

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call" > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select “Always forward”
    5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    6. Tap “Enable”

    Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

    1. Open the “Settings” menu
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    3. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
    4. Enter or update the phone number you want to forward calls to
    5. Tap “Update”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Access the “Settings” menu
    2. Tap “Call”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding”
    4. Select “Always forward” or the option that is currently active
    5. Tap “Disable”
