    Using iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with Internet access, you can sync the contacts on your iPhone with your Google account. You can then sync the account data with the Fierce XL.

    1. Connect the iPhone to your PC via USB
    2. Open iTunes and click the iPhone
    3. Access the “Info” tab and turn on “Sync Contacts with
    4. From the drop-down menu, select “Google Contacts
    5. Sign in with your Google account, or click “Configure” and select an existing account if applicable
    6. Click “Apply” and wait for the sync to be complete
    7. Once done, register the same Google account used in iTunes on the OneTouch Fierce XL, and allow the account to sync contacts with your phone

    Using iCloud:

NOTE: If you’ve used the iCloud backup service on your iPhone, the contacts on your iPhone should be backed up on the iCloud account. By accessing the account on a computer connected to the Internet you can export the contacts as a vCard file.

    1. Open the Internet browser on the PC
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Sign in with your iCloud account and access “Contacts
    4. Select the contacts you want to share and click “Settings
    5. Click “Export vCard” and
    6. Once the file is downloaded on the computer, import it to “Google Contacts” or skip this step and instead:
    7. Connect the Fierce XL to your PC via USB, transfer the contact backup file to the phone storage, and import its contents using the “Contacts” application

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Although the two methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can use third party apps to transfer your contacts. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can be used to back up and transfer contacts via email.

    1. Visit the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
    2. Open the application and tap “Backup
    3. Once the vCard backup file is created, tap “Email
    4. Compose a new email containing the vCard as an attachment
    5. Send the email to your Gmail address and switch to the Alcatel device
    6. Open the email on the Fierce XL and download the attached file
    7. Use the “Contacts” application to import the vCard file’s contents

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Last but not least, you can use Send Anywhere to transfer your contacts without needing a computer, using a P2P connection.

    1. Open the Google Play Store and install Send Anywhere on the Alcatel
    2. Install the same app on the iPhone via the App Store
    3. Launch the app on both handsets
    4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts
    5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send” again
    6. Lastly, choose a transfer method, such as “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone, or “Receive” on the OneTouch Fierce XL
