    Via iCloud:

NOTE: If you’ve used the iCloud backup service on your iPhone then the contacts on your device should have already been backed up on your iCloud account. If so, you can access your iCloud account on a computer connected to the Internet, and export the contacts in vCard file format.

    1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Sign in with your iCloud account and go to “Contacts
    4. Select the contacts you want to share
    5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard
    6. Once the vCard is downloaded on the PC, import it to “Google Contacts” or, alternatively:
    7. Connect the HTC One M9s to your computer via USB, copy the vCard to the phone storage, and import its contents using “People

    Using iTunes:

NOTE: If you have iTunes installed on a computer with Internet access, you can use the app to sync the contacts on your iPhone with your Google account. You can then sync the account data with the HTC One M9s.

    1. Open iTunes on the PC
    2. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
    3. After it connects, click the iPhone in iTunes
    4. Go to the “Info” tab and enable “Sync Contacts With
    5. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
    6. Sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing one if available
    7. Click “Apply” and wait for the sync to end
    8. Once done, switch to the HTC One M9s, register the same Google account, and allow it to sync contacts with your device

    Via “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: While the two methods above require access to a computer with an active Internet connection, alternatively you can rely on third party applications to transfer your contacts. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can back up and transfer contacts via email.

    1. Visit the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on your iPhone
    2. Open the app
    3. Tap “Backup
    4. After the backup file is created, tap “Email
    5. Compose a new email containing the backup file as an attachment
    6. Send the email to your own address
    7. Switch to the HTC One M9s and open the email, then download the attached file
    8. Import the file’s contents via “People

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use is Send Anywhere (iOS and Android). The app uses a P2P connection to transfer contacts from one phone to another without requiring a computer.

    1. Go to the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
    2. Visit the Google Play Store and install the same app on the HTC One M9s
    3. Launch the app on both devices
    4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts
    5. Select the contacts you want to share
    6. Tap “Send
    7. Select a transfer method. You can tap “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone, or “Receive” on the HTC device
