Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the One M9s to your PC via USB
    2. Drag the “Status” bar down and make sure the connection is set to “Media device (MTP)” or “disk drive”
    3. Launch an Explorer window on the PC
    4. Locate the desired audio files on the computer and copy them
    5. Navigate to the phone storage and transfer the audio files, preferably in the “Media” directory (under “Ringtones” and “Notifications”)
    6. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage from the system tray, and safely disconnect the device from the USB connector

    Change the General Ringtone:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Tap “Personalize” > “Ringtone”
    4. Select the desired ringtone and tap “Apply”

Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned to contacts stored on the SIM card or the phone’s memory.

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “People”
    3. Select the desired contact
    4. Tap “Ringtone” and select the desired ringtone
    5. Tap “Apply” to confirm

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Access the phone’s “Settings” menu
    2. Tap “Sound & notifications”
    3. Tap “Notification sound”
    4. Select the desired notification sound and tap “Apply”
