    Back Up App Data:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “Settings
    3. Scroll to “Personal” and tap “Backup & reset
    4. Enable “Back up my data” to back up Wi-Fi passwords, settings, and account data to your Google account
    5. Turn on “Automatic restore” to allow your account to restore app data automatically upon reinstallation

    NOTE: App data will be automatically restored when signing in with your Google account (containing the backups) for the first time or after a factory reset.

    Back Up Contacts:

    1. Open “Settings
    2. Go to “Accounts
    3. Select the desired account to use for syncing contacts
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Sync now

    NOTE: The contacts backed up using the method above will be automatically restored upon signing in with your Google backup account for the first time on your phone, or after a factory reset.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the BLU Studio G Plus to your PC via USB
    2. Drag the “Status” bar down and turn on “Media sync (MTP)
    3. Open the File Explorer on the PC and locate the media files on your phone
    4. Copy the files and paste them in the desired backup location on your computer
    5. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage from the system tray, and safely disconnect the phone from the USB connector

    Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the BLU Studio G Plus and computer
    2. Swipe the “Status” bar down on the home screen, and turn on “Media sync (MTP)
    3. Open a File Explorer window on the PC
    4. Locate the media file backups on your computer
    5. Copy the files and transfer them back on your phone storage, preferably in the “Media” directory
    6. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage from the system tray and safely disconnect the device from the computer
