I thought unlocking is related to carrier service, then how this toll can unlock the phone?

Hello guys.

i saw some topic with unlocks and i feel that i have to share my experience with some unlocks.
I use Chimera Tool to solve the unlock problems. And in the 90 % it is working well. I am very averse about the tools but this one is working for me. I know what you think ,but no this is not a marketing writing. I just wanna help you guys.
