Forward Calls:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select to “Always forward”
5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or tap “Contacts” and select an existing contact
6. Tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Settings”
3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Choose to forward “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts”
6. Select a contact from the phonebook
7. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
2. Tap “Settings” and go to “Call settings”
3. Tap “Call forwarding”
4. Select a forwarding option to disable
5. Tap “Disable”

Block Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts” and go to “All Contacts”
2. Select the contact you want to block
3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
4. Tap to turn off “All Calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All Contacts”
3. Select a contact
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

1. Open the apps drawer
2. Launch “Messenger”
3. Select the conversation thread containing the messages received from the contact / number you want to block
4. Tap “Block” > “OK”

NOTE: The blocked contact / number will continue to be able to send you messages, but the conversation thread (and messages within) will be archived and you will no longer receive notifications

Unblock Messages:

1. Launch “Messenger”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Tap “Blocked contacts”
4. Select the contact / phone number you want to unblock

NOTE: The conversation thread will be removed from archives.
