    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. On the home screen, launch “People
    2. Tap “Menu
    3. Tap “Manage contacts
    4. Tap “Blocked contacts
    5. Press “+” and follow one of the steps below:
      • To block an existing contact: check the box associated with the contact and tap “Save”. (Optionally, you can tap “OK” to save the contact info to a different account)
      • To block a phone number: enter it in the appropriate field and tap “OK

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Open “People
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contact
    3. Access “Blocked contacts
    4. Tap “Menu
    5. Tap “Remove blocked contacts” and select the contact you want to unblock
    6. Tap “Delete” to confirm

    Block Messages:

    1. On the home screen, tap “Messages
    2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact you want to prevent from sending you messages
    3. At the “Message options” prompt, tap “Block contact

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open “Messages
    2. Tap “Menu
    3. Tap “Block list
    4. Select the contact you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts

    Turn On Call Forwarding:

    1. Open the “Settings” menu
    2. Tap “Call
    3. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward
    4. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    5. Tap “Enable

    Forward Calls (Conditional):

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Access “Settings
    3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
    4. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when unanswered
    5. Enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
    6. Tap “Update” / “Enable

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open the “Settings” menu
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
    3. Select “Always forward” or a different forwarding option you want to turn off
    4. Tap “Disable” to confirm
