    Audio File Transfer

    Transfer Files from a PC:

    1. Connect the Samsung device to your computer via USB
    2. If necessary, swipe the "Status" bar down and tap "Connected as a media device" > "Media device (MTP)"
    3. From the AutoPlay window on the computer, click "Open device to view files using Windows Explorer"
    4. Open a second Windows Explorer window and locate the audio files stored on your PC
    5. Copy the files and paste them on the phone storage, preferably in the "Ringtones" and "Notifications" folders
    6. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect it from the PC

    Transfer Files from a Mac:

    NOTE: If Samsung Kies is already installed on your Mac, skip the first 3 steps

    1. Open the Internet browser on the Mac and navigate to Kies
    2. Click "Download for Mac OS"
    3. Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install Kies on the Mac
    4. Connect the Galaxy Grand Neo Plus to the Mac via USB
    5. If necessary enable "Media Device (MTP)" from the notification area
    6. Launch Kies on the Mac
    7. Click the "Folder " icon associated with "Internal memory" or "External memory" (Navigate to where you wish to add music files on the phone)
    8. Using the file explorer locate the desired audio files on the Mac
    9. Drag the files and drop them in Kies
    10. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone's virtual storage and safely disconnect it from the Mac

    Add Music Files to the Ringtone List:

    1. Tap "Menu" from the home screen
    2. Go to "Settings"
    3. Access the "My device" tab
    4. Tap "Sound" > "Ringtones" > "Add"
    5. Select "Sound picker" or "Choose music track"
    6. Tap "Always" or "Just once"
    7. Select the desired audio files and press "OK"

    Add Music Files to the Notification List:

    1. Tap "Apps" on the home screen
    2. Launch "My Files"
    3. Tap "All files" and locate the desired audio files
    4. Tap and hold the audio files you want to use for notifications
    5. Tap "Copy" > "Device storage"
    6. Access the "Notifications" folder and tap "Paste here"

    Set Custom Ringtones and Notifications

    Change the Phone's Ringtone:

    1. Press "Menu" on the home screen
    2. Go to "Settings"
    3. Under "My device" tap "Sound"
    4. Tap "Ringtones"
    5. Select the desired ringtone and tap "OK"

    Change the Ringtone of One Specific Contact:

    1. Launch "Contacts"
    2. Select the desired contact
    3. Tap "Edit" and select "Ringtone"
    4. Tap the ringtone you want to assign and press "OK"
    5. Tap "Save" to confirm the changes

    Change the Notifications Sound:

    1. Access the phone's "Settings" menu
    2. Under "My device", tap "Sound"
    3. Tap "Notifications"
    4. Select the desired notification sound and tap "OK"
