Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

1. Connect the LG G5 Lifestyle to your computer via USB
2. When prompted, tap “Media sync (MTP)”, otherwise ensure the option is turned on in the “Notification” area
3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer and navigate to the desired audio files on the PC storage
4. Copy the desired files and transfer them in the “Ringtones” / “Notifications” folders on your phone
5. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord

Change the General Ringtone:

1. Swipe the “notification” bar down on the home screen
2. Tap “Settings” in the top-right corner
3. Scroll to and select “Sound & Notification”
4. Tap “Ringtone” and select the desired ringtone
5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set to contacts stored on the SIM card or the device’s internal memory.

1. Tap “Contacts” on the home screen
2. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit” (pencil icon in the top-right corner)
3. Tap “Ringtone”
4. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK” to confirm

Change the Notification Sound:

1. Open “Settings”
2. Scroll to and tap “Sound & notification”
3. Tap “More” > “Notification sound”
4. Select the desired notification sound and tap “OK” to apply the changes
