    Block Calls:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Launch “People”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
    4. Select “Blocked contacts” and tap “Add”
    5. Perform one of the following steps:
      • To block an existing contacts: tap the check box associated with the contact, tap “Save”, and optionally press “OK” to copy the contact information to another account
      • To block a new number: enter the phone number and tap “OK”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “People”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
    4. Tap “Blocked contacts”
    5. Press “Menu” > “remove blocked contacts”
    6. Select the contacts to unblock and tap “Delete”

    Block Messages:

    1. Tap “Messages” on the home screen
    2. Tap and hold the message thread exchanged with the contact / number you want to block
    3. In the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact”

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Tap “Messages” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
    3. Select the contact / number you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    5. Tap “Enable”

    Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable”
    5. Tap “Update”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select “Always forward” or a different forwarding option to turn off
    5. Tap “Disable”
