Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the OnePlus 2 to the computer via USB
    2. Drag the status bar down and ensure the phone is connected as a “Disk Drive”
    3. In the AutoPlay window on the PC, double-click “Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer”
    4. Access the “Media” directory on the phone
    5. Launch a second Explorer window and navigate to the desired audio files on the PC
    6. Copy the files and paste them in the “Media” folder on the phone, preferably in the “Ringtones” / “Alarms” / “Notifications” directories
    7. Once the transfer is complete, click “Mass Storage Device” in the system tray and eject the phone storage
    8. Safely disconnect the phone from the USB

    Change the Ringtone:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Under “Device”, tap “Sound”
    4. Under “Call Ringtone & Vibrate” tap “Phone ringtone”
    5. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”
    6. Optionally, you can enable or disable “Also vibrate for calls”

    Change a Contact’s Ringtone:

NOTE: Custom ringtones can’t be assigned to contacts located on the phone memory or SIM card.

    1. Open “Contacts” and select the desired contact
    2. Tap the “Edit” icon shaped like a pencil
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Set ringtone”
    4. Select a ringtone and tap “OK” to confirm

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Access the phone’s “Settings” menu
    2. Swipe to “Device”
    3. Tap “Sound & notification”
    4. Under “Sound” tap “Default Notification Sound”
    5. Select the notification sound you want to use and tap “OK”
