    Block Incoming Calls From a Contact:

    1. Tap “Contacts” on the home screen
    2. Access “All Contacts”
    3. Select the contact you want to block
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”, and enable “All calls to voicemail”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Go to “All Contacts”
    3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
    4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch Google “Messenger”
    3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
    4. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
    5. Tap “Block (number)” > “OK”

    NOTE: After you block the contact / phone number, the conversation thread and future messages received from the said contact will be archived.

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked contacts”
    3. Tap the contact you want to unblock

    NOTE: After you unblock a contact, the conversation thread will be removed from archives.

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    5. Tap “Enable”

    Enable Conditional Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings” and tap “Calls”
    4. Scroll to, and tap “Call forwarding”
    5. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable”, or “Forward when unanswered”
    6. Tap “Enable”

    Turn Off Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Calls”
    4. Select “Call forwarding”
    5. Choose to disable “Always forward”, “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable”, or “Forward when busy”
