Create a New Contact:

1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
2. Launch “People”
3. Tap “+” and enter the contact’s name in the appropriate fields
4. Under “Contact type”, tap the button and select “Phone” or a different option
5. Under “Phone”, tap the button and select a phone number type
6. Enter the contact’s phone number
7. When ready, tap “Save”

Import / Export Contacts:

1. Launch “People”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
3. Tap “Import / Export contacts”
4. Select to “Import from SD card”, “Import from SIM card” or “Export to SD card”
5. Select the contacts you want to transfer, or tap “Menu” > “Select all”
6. Tap “Save”
7. If necessary, follow any additional on-screen prompts to complete the process

Assign a Contact to Speed Dial:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “Menu” > “Speed dial”
3. Tap “Add” and select the contact you want to add to speed dial (Optionally you can use the “Search” field)
4. Under “Number”, tap the button and select the phone number you want to link to speed dial
5. Under “Location”, tap the button and select an available speed dial number
6. Tap “Save”

Deleting Contacts:

1. Launch “People”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Delete contacts”
3. Select the desired contacts and tap “Delete”

Reset the Call Log:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Go to “Call history”
3. Tap a call log entry to view more details
4. To clear the call log, go to “Call history” and tap “Menu”
5. Next, tap “Remove call history”
6. Tap “Menu” > “Select all” > “Delete”
7. Press “OK” to confirm

Create a New Caller Group:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Swipe to the “Groups” tab
3. Tap “Add”
4. Enter a name for the group
5. Tap “Save”

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Swipe the screen to the “Groups” tab
3. Select the group you want to add contacts to and tap “Add”
4. Tick the check boxes associated with the contacts you want to add (NOTE: You can use the “Search” field to find contacts quicker
5. When ready, tap “Save”
