Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the LG X Mach to your computer via USB
    2. When prompted, enable “File Transfer (MTP)” / “Media Device (MTP)”, otherwise enable the option rom the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer and locate the audio files you want to use
    4. Copy the files and transfer them on the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” and “Notifications” folders
    5. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray
    6. You can now safely disconnect the phone from the USB

    Change the Phone’s Ringtone:

    1. On the home screen, swipe the “Status” bar down
    2. Launch “Settings”
    3. Scroll to and tap “Sound & Notification”
    4. Tap “Ringtone” and select the desired ringtone
    5. Tap “OK”

Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set to contacts stored on the SIM card or the on-board memory.

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Select the contact to edit
    3. Tap “Edit”
    4. Tap “Ringtone” and select the ringtone you want to use
    5. Press “OK” to confirm

    Change the Notification Alert:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Scroll to and tap “Sound & Notification”
    3. Tap “More” > “Notification sound”
    4. Select the desired notification sound and tap “OK” to set it
