    Block Calls:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “Contacts”
    3. Access “All Contacts”
    4. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
    5. Press “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

    NOTE: To unblock calls, follow the steps above and at the last step, disable “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open Google “Messenger”
    3. Select the message thread exchange with the phone number or contact you want to block
    4. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
    5. Tap “Block [phone number]” and press “OK” to confirm

    NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages received from the blocked contact / number will be archived.

    Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu” and access “Archived”
    3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the number / contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
    5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
    6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]” to confirm

    Turn On Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Press “Menu” and access “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it is unsupported by your carrier)
    4. Select the contact you want to forward calls to, or enter a phone number
    5. Tap “Enable”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Press “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings”
    4. Access “Call forwarding” and select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
    5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

    Turn Off Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
    2. Access “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding” and select to disable “Always forward” or a different forwarding option
    4. Tap “Disable” to confirm
