    5. Ensure “Contacts” is selected
    6. Tap “Menu” > “Sync now”

Restore Contacts from Storage / SD Card:

    1. If you’re planning to restore contacts from SD, make sure the proper microSD card is fitted
    2. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    3. Open “Settings”
    4. Under “Device”, tap “Applications”
    5. Go to “Contacts”
    6. Select “Import” and choose “Storage” or “SD Card”, depending on the backup location
    7. Select to import (restore) multiple or a single vCard
    8. If necessary, select the vCard you want to restore
    9. Choose to restore the vCard on “Device storage” or to sync the contacts with “Google”

Restore Media Files from an SD Card:

    1. Open the apps drawer

    7. Select “Device storage”
    8. Tap “Create folder” or navigate to the desired target folder
    9. Tap “Move here” to restore the files

Restore Media Files from a PC:

    1. Connect the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device (MTP)” / “File Transfer (MTP)” from the pop-up or from the “Notification” area
    3. On the computer, launch the File Explorer
    4. Locate the media files backed up on the computer
    5. Copy the files and transfer them on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” directory or the folder(s) they originate from
    6. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

Restore Media Files from a Mac Computer:
