    Back Up App Data:

    1. On the home screen, swipe the “Status” bar down
    2. Tap “Settings”
    3. Go to the “General” tab
    4. Tap “Backup & reset”
    5. Enable “Back up my data”

    Back Up Contacts on the SD Card:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Access the “General” tab if necessary
    3. Tap “Backup & reset” > “LG Backup”
    4. Tap “Backup & restore” > “Back up data”
    5. Turn on “SD card” and select the contacts you want to back up
    6. Tap “Start”
    7. At the “Backup completed” prompt, tap “Done”

    Back Up Contacts on an LG Account:

    1. On the home screen, swipe the “Status” bar down
    2. Launch “Settings”
    3. Access “General” and tap “Backup & reset”
    4. Tap “LG Backup” > “Backup & restore”
    5. Tap “Back up data” when prompted, and select “LG Cloud”
    6. Sign in with your “LG Account”
    7. Turn on “Personal data” and disable all the other options
    8. Expand the “Personal data” folder and select “Contacts”
    9. Tap “Start”
    10. At the “Backup completed” prompt, tap “Done”

    Back Up Media Files on Your Phone:

    1. Swipe the “Status” bar down on the home screen
    2. Launch “Settings”
    3. Go to the “General” tab
    4. Access “Backup & reset” > “LG Backup”
    5. Tap “Backup & restore” and then enable “Media data”
    6. Turn off other non-media options and tap “Start”
    7. At the “Backup completed” pop-up, tap “Done”

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the LG Stylo 2 Plus to your computer via USB
    2. At the prompt, turn on “Media device (MTP)” / “File Transfer (MTP)" or turn on the option from the “Notification” area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the media files on your phone and copy them
    5. Transfer the files in the desired backup location on the PC
    6. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect it from the USB port
