    NOTE: You can visit this thread for instructions on how you can back up app data, contacts, and media files from the LG Stylo 2 V.

    Restore App Data:

    1. Open “Settings” and go to the “General” tab
    2. Tap “Backup & reset”
    3. Under “LG Backup”, tap “Restore from backup”
    4. Locate and select the desired backup and tap “Start”
    5. Wait for the restore process to complete and tap “Done”

    NOTE: You may have to reboot your phone for the restore to finalize.

    Restore Contacts:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. In the “General” tab, tap “Backup & reset”
    3. Under “LG Backup”, tap “Restore from backup”
    4. Select the SD card backup you want to restore
    5. Tap “Start”
    6. Once the process is complete, tap “Done”

    NOTE: You may need to reboot your phone to complete the restore.

    Restore Media Files from the Phone Storage:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Tap “Backup & reset”
    3. Under “LG Backup”, tap “Restore from backup”
    4. Select the desired media backup files and tap “Start”
    5. Once the process is done, tap “Restart” and wait for the phone to reboot

    Restore Media Files from the Computer:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the LG Stylo 2 V and computer
    2. Enable “Media device (MTP)” / “File Transfer (MTP)” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Navigate to the media backup files and copy them
    5. Transfer the backup files back to the phone storage, preferably in the folder(s) they originate from
    6. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray
    7. You can safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord
