    Turn On Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings” > “Call settings”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding”
    5. Tap “Voice” and select “Always forward”
    6. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to and tap “Enable”

    Turn ON Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Tap “Voice” and select to forward incoming calls “When busy”, “When unreachable” or “When unanswered”
    5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    6. Tap “Update”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
    3. Tap “Settings” > “Call settings”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Voice”
    5. Choose the forwarding option you want to disable

    Block Incoming and Outgoing Calls:

    1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call blocking”
    4. Select the desired blocking option

    NOTE: If this is the first time accessing call blocking, you will be asked to create a password to protect your settings. Optionally you can change an existing password by tapping “change call blocking password”

    Block / Unblock Calls from a Contact:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Launch “Contacts”
    3. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit”
    4. Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

    NOTE: To unblock a contact, follow the steps above and disable “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open Google “Messenger”
    3. Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
    4. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
    5. Tap “Block [phone number]”
    6. Press “OK”

    NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived, and you will no longer receive notifications for these messages.

    Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Archived”
    4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Menu”
    6. Go to “Unarchive” > “Menu”
    7. Tap “People & options” > “Unblock [phone number]”

    Access and Clear the Call Log:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Go to “Recents”
    3. Tap “View full call history” and select a call log entry to view more details
    4. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” in the “Recents” screen
    5. Then, tap “Clear call log / history”

    Change Caller ID Settings:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Access “Settings”
    4. Tap “Call settings” > “Additional settings”
    5. Select “Caller ID”
    6. Choose between “Network default”, “Hide number” or “Show number”

    Enable Fixed Dialing:

    NOTE: You can limit the phone numbers you can call or send messages to by enabling Fixed Dialing.

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Call settings”
    4. Tap “Fixed dialing numbers” and turn “Enable FDN” ON
    5. Enter your SIM security code if necessary and tap “OK”
    6. Go to “FDN list” and tap “Menu” > “Add contact”
    7. Enter the phone number / name of the contact to add to Fixed Dialing
    8. Tap “Save”
