    Turn ON Call Forwarding:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Settings” and tap “Call”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
    4. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to or select a contact from the phonebook
    5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Settings” and tap “Call”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding”
    4. Select to “Forward when unreachable”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when busy”
    5. Tap “Enable” / “Update” to confirm

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    3. Select the forwarding option you want to turn OFF
    4. Tap “Disable” to confirm

    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “People”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
    4. Tap “Blocked contacts” and tap “Add”
    5. Perform one of the following steps:
      • To block an existing contact: select it and tap “Save”. Optionally you can also tap “OK” to store the contact information to a different account before blocking it
      • To block a new phone number: enter it and tap “OK”

    Unblock Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “People”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
    3. Access “Blocked contacts” and tap “Menu”
    4. Tap “Remove blocked contacts”
    5. Select the contact you want to unblock
    6. Tap “Delete”

    Block Messages:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
    3. In the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact”

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Launch “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
    3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts” to confirm
