    Back Up & Restore App Data:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “Settings
    3. Scroll to “Personal
    4. Tap “Backup & reset” and enable “Back up my data
    5. To allow app data, settings etc. to be automatically restored the next time you sign in with your Google backup account, enable “Automatic Restore

    Back Up and Restore Contacts:

    1. Launch “Contacts
    2. Scroll to and tap “Accounts
    3. Select an account type and the account you want to sync contacts with
    4. Enable “Contacts” and tap “Menu” > “Sync Now

    NOTE: Contacts backed up using the method above can be automatically restored the next time you sign in with your Google backup account.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the Lenovo K6 to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer (MTP)” / “Media device (MTP)” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate and copy the media files on the phone
    5. Transfer the files in the desired backup location on the computer storage
    6. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray
    7. You can now safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord

    Restore Media Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the Lenovo K6 to your PC via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer (MTP)” / “Media device (MTP)” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Use the explorer to locate the media file backups on the PC storage
    5. Copy the files and transfer them on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” folder or the directory they originate from
    6. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
