Sync iPhone Contacts with Google via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data, including contacts, with the ZTE Grand X 4.

    1. Connect the iPhone to your computer using the USB cord
    2. Launch iTunes on the computer
    3. In iTunes, click the iPhone and go to the “Info” section
    4. Turn “Sync Contacts With” ON and select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
    5. Sign in with your Google account. Alternatively, click “Configure” and select an existing account if available
    6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
    7. Once the sync is complete, switch to the ZTE device and sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes
    8. Allow the account to sync contacts with your Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts from an iCloud Backup:

NOTE: In case the contacts on your iPhone are backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer connected to the Internet, and export the contacts in vCard format.

    1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Sign in with your iCloud account and go to “Contacts”
    4. Select the desired contacts you want to share
    5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
    6. After the vCard has been downloaded, follow one of these steps:
      • Import the vCard to “Google Contacts”, or:
      • Connect the ZTE Grand X 4 to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage, and import the vCard using “Contacts”

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Although the two methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an app for iOS which can back up and share iPhone contacts via email.

    1. Open the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Launch the app and tap “Backup” to create a backup file containing your iPhone contacts
    3. Tap “Email”
    4. Compose a new email and ensure the vCard is attached to the email
    5. Send the email to your own address
    6. Switch to the ZTE Grand X 4 and open the email
    7. Download the vCard attachment and import it to your phonebook using “Contacts”

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use for transferring contacts is Send Anywhere, available on iOS and Android. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to transfer contacts and other file types without requiring a computer.

    1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Install the same app on the ZTE from the Google Play Store
    3. Launch the app on both smartphones
    4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
    5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send”
    6. Lastly, choose a transfer method such as “Generate QR Code” or “Receive” on the ZTE Grand X 4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the transfer
