Block Incoming Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Access “All Contacts” and select the phone number / contact you want to block
3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
4. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All Contacts”
3. Select the desired contact to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” OFF

Block Messages in Google Messenger:

1. Launch Google “Messenger”
2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
3. Tap “Menu”
4. Enable “People & Options”
5. Tap “Block [phone number]”
6. Tap “OK” to confirm

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

1. Open Google “Messenger”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Access “Archived” and select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu”
5. Access “Unarchive” and tap “Menu” again
6. Access “People & options”
7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it is unsupported by your carrier)
5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
6. Tap “Enable”

Turn Conditional Call Forwarding ON:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Access “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively, select an existing contact from the phonebook
6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” and tap “Call forwarding”
4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
