    Block Incoming Calls from an Existing Contact:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Contacts”
    3. Select the desired contact
    4. Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

    Unblock Incoming Calls from a Contact:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Tap the contact you want to unblock
    3. Tap “Menu”
    4. Clear the check boxes next to “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Messages in Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
    4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
    5. Press “OK” to confirm

    Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
    3. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to unblock
    4. Press “Menu”
    5. Access “Unarchive” and tap “Menu” again
    6. Go to “People & Options”
    7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it is unsupported by your carrier)
    4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select an existing contact
    5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

    Turn Conditional Call Forwarding On:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “Call forwarding”
    4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When busy” or “When unanswered”
    5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap an existing contact
    6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding”
    4. If needed, select the forwarding option you want to disable
    5. Tap “Disable”
