Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Samsung device to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. On the computer, launch the File Explorer
    4. Locate the desired audio files on the computer storage
    5. Copy and transfer the files to the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” / “Notifications” / “Media” folder(s)
    6. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

Transfer Audio Files from a Mac Computer:

NOTE: If Samsung Kies is already installed on your Mac, you can skip the first 3 steps below:

    1. Launch the Internet browser on the Mac
    2. Visit Kies Support
    3. Click “Kies 3 for Mac” and download & install Kies on the Mac
    4. Connect the Samsung phone to your Mac via USB
    5. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer" when prompted or from the “notification” area
    6. Launch Kies on the Mac
    7. Click the “Folder” icon associated with “Internal memory” or “External memory”
    8. Launch the File Finder on the Mac and locate the desired audio files
    9. Drag the files and drop them inside Kies to begin the transfer
    10. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage by dragging and dropping the phone’s virtual drive from the desktop and into the “Trash can”
    11. You can safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

    Change the General Ringtone:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Under “Sound and Display”, tap “Sound and notifications”
    4. Tap “Ringtones” and select the desired ringtone
    5. Tap “OK” to confirm

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Tap “Sound and Notifications” under “Sound and Display”
    3. Tap “Notifications” and select the desired notification sound
    4. Tap “OK”
