Block Incoming Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Go to “All Contacts”
3. Tap the contact/phone number you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Access “All Contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages using Google Messenger:

1. Launch Google “Messenger”
2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
3. Tap “Menu”
4. Enable “People & Options” and tap “Block [phone number]”
5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

1. Launch Google “Messenger”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Archived”
4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
6. Press “Menu” > “People & Options”
7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: This option might be unavailable if unsupported by your carrier)
4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively you can select a contact from the phonebook
5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward incoming calls “when unreachable”, “when unanswered” or “when busy”
5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select a contact from the phonebook
6. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Select the forwarding option you want to turn Off
4. Tap “Disable” to confirm
