    Back Up & Restore App Data:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “Settings” and scroll to “Personal”
    3. Tap “Backup & reset” and enable “Back up my data” to back up personal app data to your Google account
    4. Enable “Automatic Restore” to allow app data to be automatically restored the next time you sign in with your Google backup account

    Back Up & Restore Contacts:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Scroll to and tap “Accounts”
    3. Select the account type and account you want to use for contact syncing
    4. If necessary, tick the “Contacts” check box, then tap “Menu” > “Sync now”

    NOTE: Contacts backed up using this method can be restored automatically the next time you sign in with your Google backup account.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the Panasonic P77 to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer and locate the media files on your phone
    4. Copy and transfer the files to the desired backup location on the PC storage
    5. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

    Restore Media Files form a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Panasonic P77 to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the media backup files on the computer storage
    5. Copy and transfer the files back on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” folder or the directories they originate from
    6. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port
