Transfer Audio Files from a PC:

    1. Connect the Samsung device to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” at the prompt or from the “Notification” shade
    3. On the computer, launch the File Explorer
    4. Locate the desired audio files on the computer storage
    5. Copy and transfer the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” / “Notifications” folders under “Media”
    6. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord

    Change the General Ringtone:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Launch “Settings”
    3. Tap “Sounds and vibration”
    4. Tap “Ringtone” and select the desired ringtone
    5. Press “Back” to confirm

Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Contacts”
    3. Tap the desired contact’s name then go to “Details”
    4. Tap “Edit” > “More” > “Ringtone”
    5. Tap “Allow storage permission” and set to “Allow”
    6. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”
    7. Press back to confirm

    Change Incoming Email Notification Settings:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Email”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    4. Tap “Manage accounts” and select your email address
    5. Scroll to “Notification settings”
    6. Tap “Email notifications” to clear or tick the check box
    7. Enable or disable “Notification sound”
    8. Tap “Vibrate” to enable or disable the feature

    Change Emergency Alerts Settings:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Launch “Messages”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    4. Tap “Emergency alert settings” > “emergency alerts”
    5. Enable or disable “Imminent extreme alerts”, “Imminent severe alerts” and “AMBER alerts”
