    Back Up and Restore App Data:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch Settings and scroll to Personal
    3. Tap Backup & reset
    4. Enable Back up my data to back up app data, Wi-Fi passwords, and settings to your Google account
    5. Enable Automatic Restore to allow app data to be automatically restored when reinstalling apps or signing in with the backup account

    Back Up and Restore Contacts:

    1. Launch Settings
    2. Access Accounts
    3. Select an account type and the account you want to use for backing up contacts
    4. Enable Contacts if necessary
    5. Tap Menu > Sync Now

    NOTE: You can restore contacts the next time you sign in with your Google backup account.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the BLU Dash L3 to your computer via USB
    2. Enable File Transfer / Media device when prompted or from the Notification area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer and locate the media files on the phone storage
    4. Copy and transfer the media files in the desired backup location on the PC storage
    5. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord

    Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the BLU Dash L3 to your computer via USB
    2. Enable File Transfer / Media device at the prompt or from the Notification area
    3. Open the File Explroer on the computer
    4. Locate the media file backups on the PC storage
    5. Copy and transfer the media files back on the phone storage, preferably in the Media folder or the directories they originate from
    6. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord
