Sync iPhone Contacts with Google via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with an active Internet connection, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data including contacts with the Android device.

    1. Connect the iPhone to your computer via USB
    2. Open iTunes on the computer
    3. Click the iPhone and go to “Info
    4. Enable “Sync Contacts With” and select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
    5. Sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
    6. After the sync is done, switch to the Archos 50 Graphite and sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes
    7. Allow the account to sync contacts with your Android device

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are already backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer connected to the Internet, and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

    1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Sign in with your iCloud account
    4. Go to “Contacts
    5. Select the desired contacts
    6. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard
    7. Once the vCard has been downloaded, follow one of the steps below:
      • Open the Internet browser on the computer, go to “Google Contacts” and import the vCard to your phonebook
      • Connect the Android device to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage, and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: While the two methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can share contacts via email.

    1. Open the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
    2. Open the app and tap “Backup
    3. Once the backup is complete, tap “Email” and compose a new email containing the vCard attachment
    4. Send the email and attachment to your own address
    5. Switch to the Archos 50 Graphite, open the email and download the vCard attachment
    6. Import the vCard to your phonebook using “Contacts

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third party app available on iOS and Android. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to share contacts and other file types, cross-platform, without requiring a computer.

    1. Open the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Launch the Google Play Store on the Archos device and install the same app
    3. Open the app on both smartphones
    4. Tap “Send” > “Contacts” on the iPhone
    5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send” again
    6. Lastly, select a transfer method on one of the smartphones and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
