    Back Up and Restore App Data:

    1. Open “Settings
    2. Scroll to “Personal
    3. Tap “Backup & reset
    4. Enable “Back up my data” to back up Wi-Fi passwords, app data, and settings to your Google account
    5. Enable “Automatic restore” to allow app data, settings, and passwords to be automatically restored upon reinstalling apps or signing in with the backup account

    Back Up and Restore Contacts:

    1. Launch “Settings
    2. Go to “Accounts
    3. Select an account type and the account you want to use for contact backup
    4. Enable “Contacts” if necessary
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Sync Now

    NOTE: To restore contacts, sign in with your Google backup account and sync the contacts with your phone.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the BLU Grand X LTE to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Copy and transfer the files in the desired backup location on the computer
    5. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray
    6. You can safely disconnect the phone from the USB

    Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the BLU device to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer and locate the media file backups on the PC storage
    4. Copy and transfer the backup files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” directory
    5. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
