When I swipe the notification bar down I do not see Disk Drive or Media Sync. What could be wrong? I have a Moto X Pure Edition.

Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the Moto X and computer
    2. Swipe the “Notification” bar down and enable “Disk Drive” or “Media sync (MTP)”
    3. Open an Explorer window and locate the desired audio files on your computer
    4. Copy the files, and transfer them on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” directory
    5. After the transfer is done, click “Safely Remove hardware” in the system tray
    6. Eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB

    Change the Phone Ringtone:

    1. Open the “Settings” menu
    2. Under “Device”, tap “Sound”
    3. Tap “Phone ringtone” under “Call Ringtone & vibrate”
    4. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”
    5. Optionally, you can enable or disable “Also vibrate for calls”

Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

NOTE: You cannot assign custom ringtones to contacts stored on the SIM card or the internal memory.

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Select the contact you want to set a custom ringtone for
    3. Tap the “Edit” icon depicting a pencil
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Set ringtone”
    5. Select a ringtone and tap “OK” to confirm

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Scroll to “Device”
    4. Tap “Sound & notification”
    5. Tap “Default Notification Sound” under “Sound”
    6. Select the desired sound and tap “OK”
