    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Access “All Contacts”
    3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

    Unblock Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Access “All Contacts”
    3. Select the contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Incoming Messages in Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
    4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm

    NOTE: The conversation thread exchanged with the blocked contact will be archived, and so will any future messages from the blocked contact. Additionally, you won’t receive notification alerts for archived messages.

    Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

    1. Launch Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Archived”
    4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
    6. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
    7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings”
    4. Access “Calling accounts”
    5. Select your SIM and tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be missing if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
    6. Tap “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to, or select a contact from the phonebook
    7. Tap “OK” to confirm

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings”
    4. Access “Calling accounts”
    5. Select your SIM and go to “Call forwarding”
    6. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
    7. If necessary, enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
    5. Tap “Disable”
