    Back Up and Restore App Data:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Scroll to “Personal”
    3. Tap “Backup & reset”
    4. Enable “Back up my data” to back up app data, settings, and Wi-Fi passwords to your Google backup account
    5. Enable “Automatic restore” to allow app data, settings and passwords to be restored automatically when reinstalling apps or signing in with your Google backup account

    Back Up and Restore Contacts:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Scroll to and tap “Accounts”
    3. Select an account type and the account you want to use for syncing your contacts
    4. Ensure “Contacts” is checked
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Sync Now”

    NOTE: Contacts backed up using this method can be automatically restored the next time you sign in with your backup account.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Panasonic device to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate and copy the media files on the phone storage
    5. Transfer the files in the desired backup location on the computer
    6. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB port

    Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Panasonic device to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the media file backups on the computer storage
    5. Transfer the media file backups on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” folder
    6. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
